*You may need your Windows 95 CD-ROM or
Diskettes to complete this operation.
- Double-click the My Computer icon.
- Double-click the Dial-Up Networking folder.
- Double-click the Make New Connection icon.
- Under Type a name for the computer you are dialing, type PDC
Internet

- Click the Configure button.

- Select the appropriate port speed for your modem. For 14.4 modems use
19200, for 28.8 modems use 38400 and for 56k use 57600.
- Make sure that Only connect at this speed is not checked.
- Click the OK button.

Click the Next
button.

- Select your Area Code and type in your local access phone number
- Click Next
button

- Click the Finish button.

- Click the PDC Internet icon.
- From the File menu bar, choose Properties.

- Click the Server Type button.

- Uncheck Log on to network.
- Uncheck NetBEUI.
- Uncheck IPX/SPX Compatible.
- Click the TCP/IP Settings button.

- Verify that your settings match the settings above.
- Click OK.
- Click Ok.
- Click Ok again.
